Pelophryne

is known from limestone outcrops in east Sarawak
(Mulu National Park). It is a dark frog with
indistinct markings. Males call from limestone
rocks of low vegetation with a high pitched call.
Reproduction, life habits and ecology of this
species are unknown.

likely has tadpoles. These could be endotrophic as
some other Pelophryne.
